From on Toompea Hill
A busy marketplace on the way from Toompea to the port, which is today the Town Hall square. Town Hall square became the heart of the town. German merchants and craftsman, invited by the Danes, settled down and the population increased rapidly. Tallinn applied for Lubeck City Rights.
