Still Seurat
Every evening parks and the sidewalk cafes that line most streets are filled with people until very late. The weather has been balmy and darkness doesn’t descend until almost midnight. Maybe the gorgeous evenings are the explanation but it is also very possibly because 9 months of the year they exist in snow and darkness.
