Royal Library—proudly nicknamed the “Black Diamond”—is a super modern sleek black granite presence leaning over harbor. An enormous research facility it also clearly welcoming locals and visitors alike to enjoy to both access the library resources as well as to just hang out to watch boating activity or soak up the sun. Virtually everyone here glows with the summer tan that they all seem to work hard to achieve.
